Jim Mase
CEO
Jim founded FoodPrep Solutions in early 2020 and has over 40 years of experience in the cutlery exchange and food equipment sales & service industries. Prior to starting FoodPrep, Jim cofounded RJ Mase, a leader in the New England cutlery exchange and food equipment industry.
Daniel Polli
Vice President
Dan joined FoodPrep shortly after its founding and brings a variety of strategic and operational expertise to the organization. He previously led two different cutlery sharpening companies, growing them both through organic sales and acquisition efforts. He is a graduate of Dickinson College where he majored in International Business and Spanish.
Mike Saluzzi
Vice President, Sales and M&A
Mike has more than 25 years of national sales experience, from growing emerging markets and to building out national footprints. He’s led several top sales organizations within the industry. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and attended executive leadership programs at USC and UC Irvine.
Dave Faiman

David Faiman has over 25 years of finance and accounting experience at both private and public companies. David is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
